The TM 540/3 is a Rasther accessory developed in order that the Denso I-ART injectors get a primary diagnosis still in the vehicle, enabling the operator to trust the processes and optimize the daily time.

The diagnosis of the I-ART system can be done right into the vehicle or onto the bench, analyzing the Denso 23670-11030 “6 pins” injector as well as the 23670-30270 “6 wires” injector

Technical Specs

The Denso injectors with I-ART system have an integrated circuit with embedded memory and sensors which communicate with the vehicle´s ECU
The integrated circuit memory saves values of injection ratio learning
The values for injection ratio correction are obtained through the pressure and temperature sensors.
The TM540/3 enables: To communicate directly with the injector through Rasther
To diagnose the working of the integrated injector´s system
